The client was looking to utilize the GT webpage reveal to not only sell a few cars, but also as a tool to engage people with the Ford brand. The main narrative focuses on the creators of the updated Ford GT, the designers and engineers at Ford, and showcases the spirit of a company that has a passion for design & innovation. The GT reveal page uses the newly updated Ford Global UX look & feel.
Working directly with Burrows and Ford Performance we created the 2017 Ford GT launch animation. The Ford GT is a technology showcase for all Ford EcoBoost engines and celebrates the 50th anniversary of Ford GT race car. The animation showcases how the GT aerodynamically adapts to changing conditions during a launch and high speed run at the race track.
